Peppered steak and graham cracker crust on the heady nose. These notes soften in your mouth into cola gummies and black plum compote with an enjoyable zing of anise and baking spices on the finish.

Complex bouquet that leaps out of the glass: savory cooked meats, black pepper, iron and a hint of violet and gingerbread. These notes carry through, coating your palate joined by blackberry and currant and then finish with a balanced lingering note that is salty, sweet, tart and slightly bitter all at the same time, like a Swedish black licorice. 

This is a new experience, crystal-clear (the first wine we’ve made you can read through). It smells like a cherry/strawberry pie and doesn’t disappoint on the palate; following through with sweet ripe red fruit flavors that are deceptively light. The finish turns savory and heady, reminding you that Grenache has a kick! 

Sweet ripe black cherry dominates the nose, mixed with hints of celery root and unsmoked pipe tobacco.  The black cherry becomes jammy on the palate as it sweetens and adds other fruits like Christmas plum pudding and fresh marionberry pie.

This Grenache has a lifted nose with mineral and fresh fennel overlaying a bright, crisp cranberry and red currant core.  It tastes like a crunchy cranberry, gingerbread cookie that coats and grips your palate, so that these notes linger long after swallowing.
